nursery tour

here are pictures of Baby G's nursery!    Matt painted the walls gray.  The bedding is from Matt's family.  I made the canvas paintings above the crib.  Matt helped me make the butterfly mobile.  The picture frames are childhood pictures of parents, grandparents and great grandparents.  The green diaper bag is the one Matt agreed to help carry.  (No pretty prints for him)  I think it came together pretty good!

These pillowcase dresses were created with the help of my sister-in-law over spring break.

New Beginnings

Welcome to my blog.  I suppose this is a rite of passage in my life, starting a blog.  It seems only natural as I will be becoming a mother in less than 10 weeks, I've joined the crafty scene, and I have friends and family far away.  So how else will I share about the daily things in my life, things I've made, and pictures of my cute darling?  A blog was the only answer.
